Customers will give you cash RM 100, but our system will only deduct RM 95.50 in your account (your Celcom discount is 4.5%)
So when you help someone top up RM 100, your account balance will be RM 104.50 (originally RM 200). By analogy, you can keep adding up to the customer until your account remains below RM 5.
